1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of websupport.md, of the free tools available on the site (SEO analysis, security analysis) and the way you request quotes for our services: web development, online stores, hosting, maintenance, SEO, graphic design and SMM.

3. Quotes and contracting

Information on the site, including indicative "from" prices, does not constitute a binding offer. Services are provided under an individual quote accepted in writing (including by e-mail) or a signed contract, which prevails over these terms. Delivery times communicated are estimates until confirmed in writing.

4. Free analysis tools

Reports generated by the SEO and security tools are informative and automated; we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy and they do not constitute a professional audit. Using the tools on websites you are not entitled to analyse, or abusive use (automated or high-volume), is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, graphics, code, logo) belongs to WebSupport SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Rights over works delivered to clients are transferred as set out in the individual contract.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the free tools, for temporary unavailability, or for the content of third-party sites we link to.

7. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookies policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
