1. Data controller

WebSupport SRL, IDNO 1019600022326, registered in str. Calea Ieşilor 8, Chișinău, Republica Moldova, e-mail info@websupport.md ("WebSupport", "we"), is the controller of personal data processed through websupport.md.

We process data in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What we process, why, and on what legal basis

a) Contact and quote forms. We collect: name, e-mail, phone (optional), company (optional), message, IP address and the time of your consent. Purpose: replying to your request and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients.

b) SEO / security analysis tools. We collect the analysed URL and the analysis result; if you request a quote based on the report, we also collect the data under a). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the tool and preventing abuse (rate limiting).

c) Analytics and marketing cookies. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are activated only after your prior consent, given through the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent. Details in the Cookies policy.

d) Technical security logs. IP address and minimal technical data, for site protection (anti-spam, rate limiting). Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

3. Retention

Form data: 24 months from the last interaction. Cookie consent logs: 24 months. Technical logs: up to 12 months. After expiry, data is deleted or anonymised.

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: our hosting provider (server located in the Republic of Moldova), our e-mail service provider, Google LLC (Google Analytics — only with your consent), Meta Platforms, Inc. / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel — only with your consent), and public authorities where required by law.

5. International data transfers

Data collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may be transferred to servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including the United States. Such transfers occur only if you consented to those cookies and rely on the contractual safeguards provided by these vendors (standard contractual clauses and applicable certification mechanisms). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

6. Your rights

Under Law 195/2024 you have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interest; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing producing legal effects on you (we do not use such decisions).

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP): 48 Serghei Lazo St., MD-2004 Chișinău; www.datepersonale.md. Complaints may be filed in writing, including electronically, under the procedure published on the authority's website.

8. Security

We use SSL/TLS, daily backups, a firewall, two-factor authentication for the admin panel and restricted data access. In case of a security incident posing a risk to your rights, we notify the CNPDCP within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, we inform you directly.

We may update this policy; the current version and update date are shown above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
